All of our classes are suitable for all levels of fitness, ability and experience. The very small capacity means each session will be tailored to suit YOU.
FRESH: Beginners sessions. Practice the foundations of Mat and Tower at a slower pace, with attention to detail.
GROUNDED: you may use small props such as the Pilates Circle, Foam Roller, TRX, Fitball and more. We love to keep things fresh.
POWER: If you love Reformer, you will LOVE Tower. A full body spring resistance workout.
NURTURE: Pre/Postnatal Pilates. Prescribed movement. From the second trimester, and 8 weeks postpartum or as directed by your medical professional
