We offer a range of mat classes together with studio sessions using a
full range of specialist Pilates equipment, with a focus on physical conditioning
and movement therapy programmes. At Pilates House our focus is on service
quality not quantity. All staff are members of the Australian Pilates
Method Association and are committed to service excellence.
Studio and mat classes are fully supervised
and class numbers are kept small ensuring quality instruction and suitability
to clients’ specific
needs.
Pilates House is also a training institution providing intensive training for individuals keen to pursue a career in Pilates.
